Twister - Updates

Technically there should just be questions and answers out here. Practically that’s not what is going to happen.

I’m going to add start up news, general updates, even tips and tricks and my latest work (everything in Java of course).

I like to give myself around a week to set this up. The first question should be up and ready by 22 Feb 09 which I like to consider as the ‘official’ start date of Twisters.

So get ready for the Twister Xperience!

Whats a Twister?

Twisters – is a concept that I had come up in college. To use my own words ...

“Twisters is a coding competition with a difference.

It requires that you write a very simple Code. Most of the programs are not more than 20 lines!!!

E.g.: Write a Code to add two integers :-).
Twist – Do not use the plus sign in the entire program!!

A simple solution is,
{
int a = 10; b = 40;
int sum;
sum = a – (-b);
}”

Over the years there I have come across few tricks and tips in Java that also puts you off track. Here I present a collection of all such puzzles.
